Introduction to the custom exports feature

Once your payments are validated in Spendesk, you may need to export them in a format that matches your needs, for both bookkeeping and analytical purposes. That's why we created a feature to make it possible for you to personalise the default export file that we call "Spendesk purchase journal".

With this feature, you'll be able to change the default settings, including the columns to show, their names, the structure of the file, its extension, but also the date and decimal formats. This tutorial will help you create your first export template and use it in the app.
