What is 3DS?
The 3DS protocol is a standard which helps to reduce fraud and provide extra security to your online payments.
Setting up 3DS with your Spendesk card
To ensure that you can use 3DS with your Spendesk card:
- - Log in to your Spendesk account.
- - Click on your avatar in the top-right hand corner
- - Select [Edit your profile]
- - From there, please add a valid cellphone number to your profile.

Using 3DS with your Spendesk card
If you make an online purchase with your Spendesk card, you may have to go through the 3DS security protocol to authenticate that you are the cardholder. To do so, you will receive a text message (SMS) with a unique code. You will need to input this code in form similar to this one:
