6. Check the booking entries in Unternehmen Online

This is the #5 chapter of the tutorial on how to use Spendesk along with DATEV Unternehmen Online.

In this chapter, we will discover how to check the imported booking entries and their respective receipts in DATEV Unternehmen Online.

You may need to use your SmartLogin application (and QR code authentication) to access Unternehmen Online. From there, you can either:

  1. - accessing your booking entries and checking their receipts
  2. - or sending booking entries to an external tax consultant


6.1 Accessing your booking entries and checking their receipts

  • - Open the 'Documents' section from the left menu

  • - Click on the Anzeigen button to quickly get access to your expenses:


  • - You should be redirected towards the 'Documents' list

  • - Click on the 'Alle Belege' section to see your Spendesk expenses and their respective receipts


  • - You can double-click on each of the expenses on the list to get access to their details, including the receipt.




6.2 Sending booking entries to an external tax consultant

To send your expenses to your external consultant:

  • - Click on the BereitStellen section.


  • - Select the correct time period

  • - Click on Lieferantenbelege bereitstellen:


  • - From there, please tick the boxes of the expenses you want to validate and click on Markierte Stapel bereitstellen:


  • - It should send the expenses to your tax consultant and redirect you towards your Documents section.


You now should be able to be autonomous in importing your Spendesk expenses into DATEV through Belegtransfer. Let us know if you face any issue during the process, so that we can give you a hand.
