My card order still hasn't arrived

  • You are an Account Owner or Administrator

The delivery time for physical cards is 15 working days in Europe and 30 working days in the rest of the world. 

If this deadline has passed, we advise you to wait another week, as it is possible that the delivery takes a bit longer. 

Beyond that, the card may have been lost on the way and we invite you to request a new one. 

To do this, it will first be necessary to block and report this card as lost: 

  • - Go to the Cards page
  • - Click on the card in question;
  • - Click on "Block this card";
  • - Finally, click on "Report as lost".

You will then have to click on "Order a new card".
