If you're a requester you'd need to ask your account administrators (i.e Account Owner or Administrator) to order a plastic card in your name.
Each administrator can order plastic cards for their colleagues - and themselves - by clicking on their "Cards" tab > "Order a new card". You will then receive it within 15 business days.
Once received, the card needs to be activated by the cardholder on his/her "Cards" tab. This tab is specific to plastic card usage and lets you manage it, check your card balance and retrieve your PIN code when needed to.
