The spending policy concerns a member while the company policy concerns the company/ departments as a whole.
- Your spending policy lets you check how much you can spend in one transaction and in one month without approval. Each member has a spending policy, only account administrators can amend it accordingly. Don't hesitate to check yours in your profile settings.
- If you'd like to assign the same spending policy to multiple people you can do so easily by clicking on Settings > Policies. Only Account Owners and Administrators can set up these company policy. E.g. All members part of the Marketing Team have the same spending policy. Once done, apply this specific spending policy to chosen members by clicking on Settings > Members > select the member > Policy (use the arrow)
