Your admin ordered a plastic card in your name and you've just received it. How can you activate it in order to use it?
It's simple 😉 Follow the activation link that's indicated on your card packaging and head to your Spendesk desktop app.
Click on your "Cards" tab then on "I received my card" in order to follow the activation procedure so that you can retrieve your PIN code and check whether your plastic prepaid card is loaded.
📱 Don't forget to download the Spendesk mobile app, it's free and makes it easier to retrieve your PIN code when needed to, check your card balance, top-it up, block it if needed and of course attach your receipts and fill out payments' details while on the go!
💡 If your an Admin (Account Owner and/or Administrator), you can visualise and manage all your colleagues' cards by clicking on the "Cards" tab. You can also access your card by clicking on your avatar then on "Plastic Card".
