To remove a member from Spendesk:
- Go to "Settings" and "Members"
- Click on the member you want to delete: in the new window that pops up, click on "Remove", follow the instructions in the new window and then click on "I acknowledge and confirm".
☝️ Once a user has been deleted from Spendesk, unless you've appointed someone else to become the owner of the subscription cards (virtual recurring payments), his subscriptions will automatically be transferred to his Account Owner who has access to any deleted user's history on the platform. If the member had a plastic card, it will also be deleted from the platform.
