To remove a member from Spendesk:
- Go to "Settings" and "Members"
- Click on the member you want to delete and click on "Remove" on the right panel.
A new window pops up: you will be asked to provide their first and last name to confirm you want to delete the account
☝️ Once a user has been deleted from Spendesk, unless you've appointed someone else to become the owner of the subscription cards (virtual recurring payments), his subscriptions will automatically be transferred to his Account Owner who has access to any deleted user's history on the platform. If the member had a plastic card, it will also be deleted from the platform.
