At any time, Controllers and Account owners can download a .csv spreadsheet containing their selected payments as well as the attached receipts.
You are an Account owner or a Controller
Download your account statement to have a full overview of your expenses and account balance:
Log in to your Spendesk account.
Head over to "Settings".
Click on "Your wallet".
Scroll down to the "Account Statements" section.
From there, you can download a monthly statement which contains all payments in a given month, along with a copy of all receipts.
👉 Note that you can choose between different file formats: PDF, CSV, XLS, and XLSX. Note that the charts contain more information than the PDF.
For reporting purposes, please head to "All payables", however!
