The card is activated but still doesn’t work
After having activated your card, you will need to check how much money is loaded on your card. Indeed, as Spendesk card are prepaid ones, your card needs to be loaded with money prior to being able to use it!
You can access your card balance, either through your Spendesk interface via the "Card" tab or through your mobile app by clicking on "My Card".
🤓 Tips: If your card is empty or not loaded enough, you just have to request a top-up: depending on your policy, your card will be immediately topped up or you will have to wait for someone to approve your request.
