I've lost my card / my card was stolen / blocked: what can I do?
Don't worry! You can pause/block your card in just one click so no one else can use it!
- In your mobile app: click on "pause card" if you wish to put your card on hold, you can un-pause it at any time. Click on "report an issue" to declare your card as lost, stolen or damaged.
Warning: the process is slightly different on your Spendesk desktop interface:
- On your Spendesk account go to the "Card" tab where you can click on "block my card" to put your card on hold (you can un-pause it at any time). It's only after having blocked it that you can "report an issue" and declare your card as lost, stolen or damaged.
Now that you are sure that nobody will make a payment with your card, ask the Account Owner or the Admin to order a new card for you! 😊
👆 Suspend a card can be undone at your convenience. However, if either the Account Owner or Administrator decides to block your card, only them can unblock it.
